With over 100 combined years of experience, the management of A.D. Construction is dedicated to providing you with the assistance, support, and professionalism you have come to expect in commercial construction.

Alan Frisby, President

Alan Frisby founded A.D. Construction in 1988 after working 11 years in various construction management positions.  Extensive experience in design-build construction and expertise in pre-engineered building systems has helped him develop A.D. Construction into consistently ranking in the top 25 in national sales with American Buildings Company, division of Nucor Corp.  He is currently serving on American Buildings Company’s President’s Advisory Council.

Blake Stevens, V.P. of Field Operations

With 21 years tenure at A.D. Construction, Blake Stevens has the dedication and experience to manage our field personnel, insuring our projects are completed on schedule while maintaining the quality we have developed a reputation for.  He is a certified erector with several building manufacturers, and member of A.D. Construction’s Safety Committee.  

Mike Paiser, Controller

A dedicated employee since 2002, Mike Paiser is a Brigham Young University alumni bringing 23 years of construction-related accounting and office management experience to A.D. Construction.  His field experience in the construction industry has been beneficial in his understanding of job costing, invoicing, and related activities.  He is responsible for maintaining the financial area of the company and enjoys working directly with clients. 

Craig Kemp, Project Manager

Craig Kemp began working for A.D. Construction as an estimator in 2003.  His 15 years experience in business management provided him the background to quickly assume the position of project manager where his primary focus is project scheduling, implementation of quality control, and meeting projected cost restraints.  Craig also serves on the A.D. Construction Safety Committee.

Scottie Johnson, Steel Erection Superintendent

With 15 years experience in the erection of pre-engineered and structural steel buildings, 10 of which have been served with A.D. Construction, Scottie is responsible for our in-house steel erection crews.  This includes staffing, training, and overall management of the steel erection foremen.  He is currently serving as Chairman of the A.D. Construction Safety Committee.

Frank Brimhall, Sales and Business Development

Frank Brimhall recently joined the A.D. Construction team to assist in sales and business development.  With him he brings nearly 20 years of sales experience, 16 of which were in the steel construction industry.  The experience of operating his own firm in the steel construction industry for 15 years combined with his enjoyment of working with people, ensures Frank is able to continue providing clients the service and professionalism they have come to expect from A.D. Construction.
