Alan Frisby, the founder of A.D. Construction, opened the doors for business in 1988. His objective was to develop a general contracting firm that was large enough that it possessed the capabilities needed to successfully complete any building project, yet it remained small enough that every project mattered and the customer didn't get lost in the large company's processes and bureaucracy. Over 20 years later, A.D. Construction has become just that:
