A.D. Construction is committed to creating and maintaining a safe workplace for our crews.  By offering the proper education and training we believe all lost-time accidents can be avoided.  Operating under this philosophy, we have developed an extensive safety program encompassing all aspects of steel erection.  Upon being hired, all A.D. Construction field employees are trained on everything from fall protection and safety devices to MSDS information.  All of our employees are also provided our comprehensive safety handbook, which is updated yearly to include all of the latest OSHA regulations and policies.  To supplement our internal program and training, all field positions are also required to be OSHA certified within 30 days of their hire date.

With the proper preparation and training, we at A.D. Construction are confident all of our field crews can have a safe and enjoyable career in the steel erection industry.

Our Steel Erection Division also has developed and fully-implemented a complete quality control program that serves to ensure all of our work performed meets the standards of A.D. Construction and the expectations of our clients.  We have designed our quality program such that the quality of work performed is monitored and managed by multiple positions within the company to ensure all non-conforming work is corrected without exception.  Included in our quality control program is an extensive quality manual that is given to all newly-hired employees, and includes all of our Steel Erection Division's procedures and policies related to quality and inspections.
